A tip for any beginners:
Another method similar to BTKT is saying “Buttons and Kittens” repeatedly, which is the same general idea, but saying those words first will be easier and will help you to adjust to BTKT shortly after if you’re having trouble, and also will make it easier to breathe. You’ll have that “N” sound in there, which you can eliminate once you get used to it. Or keep it in. Either way sounds alright.
