Your really have to compare Camtasia Studio 6 on the PC with ScreenFlow on the MAC. With that I think Camtasia would win because it has many more features.

There are free options, Quick Time X in Snow Leopard will do screen recording. There are also free web sites that will do it that you can use from any platform. If you do a lot of screencasts, the extra features of products like ScreenFlow might be worth it.

damn that mouse click and mouse sliding is annoying and sounds not synced to what you’re doing. other than that great vid!
