That was back on Camtasia 4 I believe - I’m on 6 now and use the Web setting - the mp4’s it saves as I find just as good quality as the DivX I used previously.

Nice video, were you using Camtasia 5 or 6?
In camtasia 6 you can’t save in “DIVX” I think, maybe I am wrong as I am new at this.

I had that problem myself and only fixed it with a complete reinstall of Camtasia - I’m not sure what causes it or if that’s the only way to fix it though. I hope this can help out with your troubles.

Hi!
I have a problem, when I edit a video and I click the play button to see what my video look like in the preview box, it’s stay black and even the time do not move. What can I do to fix that?

i have the same camera as my fend and when he puts audio on his computer it works and he has WMM and i have and i got camtasia and no audio help!

Sadly I don’t really know why it’s like that sometimes as it does the same for be too but not all the time - mostly when I import a clip it takes a while for it to respond again.

eveytime i open camtasia to edit a video i film says “camtasia studio is having an error and have to close”i hate that message always appear i think am back to hypercam

How do I make a timelaps video? For example if I am making someting in photoshop which takes a long time and I whant to present it in timelaps in a short period of time. You can see such videos on youtube.
