This is really awesome. One of the more valuable bass instruction videos on youtube for sure! I would promote this video not just to bassists but musicians of nearly every instrument and also people who type a lot.

thanks a lot! this was really insightful and helpful! i was just wondering if you knew whether or not cracking your knuckles heightens your chances of getting carpel tunnel, cuz i tend to do that very often out of nervousness…

This is true. Even playing computer games cock up your tendons so bass should be worst

good ,very good and useful ex-s. i practice’em daily in a numerous versions.
it can be advised to all guitarists. but if you feel pain in your arms- stop immediately

right on dude, this is something people seriously need to know. the damage playing instruments can do to you seems to be largely overlooked by the masses.
