Well upon learning more, this home is over 60K sqft and has over 100 rooms!! I won’t want a home THAT large, I’ll want a bunch of wood, gold, and marble, and all that, but at most maybe ten bedrooms and bathrooms, and then the various other rooms, at most I’d imagine 30K sqft for my dream home, although maybe I’ll attach a 10K or 20K private library
I dream of having a truly GRAND private library (I am a book lover), one modeled sort of like the library in “Beauty and the Beast.”

Okay, bit of a rant here, but I wish someone would build a giant home with truly Old World luxury, like coffered ceilings with gold plating, chandeliers, dark woods, etc…this home is just too “plain” on the inside to me. I did love that one pool though. I used to think I would need about $6 million for my true dream home, then after much viewing, I went up to $20 million, but now I’m having a feeling I’ll need to be able to burn $100 million at least for my true, fantasy home.

Sure, it’s “nice”, but it really looks too new to have any real character. I think it would be hard to feel at home in that place, lonely really. I guess thats’ what entourages and hanger ons are for.
It’s like having 50 naked women in your bed. Sure, it’s pretty entertaining, but after the novelty wears off and you’ve had some fun, what are you supposed to do with all that?

With the economy going down the drain and people losing their jobs left and right, there has to be a better way. I mean who doesn’t become filthy rich these days?

Where is the large gold plated Statues and water fountains?
The mansion is very nice. Can do with a giant telescope as well, if you get clear sky’s.
And I would expect the place to be run by energy efficient computer technology. And the most efficient Solar power technology around too (yes it does exist).
Boy am I fussy, lol.
