don’t forget not all “ufo’s” have extraterrestrial beings piloting them :)
I believe the technology at the very least, if not the aliens, exist now on earth.

@AnimaRaptor Well said,id like to think some sightings are real at least, but its hard to say one way or another.I think the most genuine are those seen by airline pilots and passengers and the dialogue between the pilots and the control towers is on record, have been a number of these ive heard and they all describe same object.only incidents to my mind that seem to have most basis in reality, due to sheer number of witnesses

I just love this if ufos are real… and uct(u?)aly why wouldn’t they be if we think that how many stars there are in the space, and why would humans be the only one which could live (+ animals included human ;P).

if they are real, and have a base under water it would be logical to stay hidden. if we went to a nother planit and its inhabitants were hostal ( witch we are ) and we came in peace but a singal disruptuon in there culture could cause them to become hostal to us, evan though we can blow them out of the water if we wanted to and they were no threat to us we would abserbe and stay hidden just to learn how they came to be and how they are changing as a race just a thought…..

yeah i saw that alot of people dont know what theyre seeing, i dont buy into stories mostly and i have fun picking out fake videos but there are some incidences that just cant be explained that way
lol ok, thats the safe bet

Oh, I’m certain sentinent alien species exist all over the place, as you say, the universe is BIG. :p

I just don’t think they’re here yet. When I hear about unexplained lights in the sky, I focus on that word ‘unexplained’.
Like that guy on this video talking about glowing sea water and I recognised it was a bioluminescent bacteria; just because we don’t understand doesn’t mean someone else does.

I’m just saying I’m not going to pin ‘Alien’ onto a mystery. I’m going to call it a mystery.

oh yeah im the same way,but in an infinte field its impossible to be alone, that and some lights in the sky arent explainable by anything else i can imagine
the idea isnt that they visit but they live or are based deep deep and as long as we havent gone everywhere on our planet theres a possibility at least

Blah… I try to keep an open mind too, but I’m definatley biased towards skepticism. :/

I would like to be wrong in this; I mean it’s sentinent alien visitors we’re talking about here, but I don’t think I am. I really don’t think there’s much evidence and I find the idea of a species bothering to visit it our planet and be chased into hiding by a few primitives highly suspect, you know?

it was some aluminum zinc thing with traces of 12 other elements i cant remember too well and of course the rest of the ship was taken by the government i wish i could remember better but thats a few stories, you know crash someone got some pieces the goverment took the ship. god knows if its real but i keep an open mind lol just try to keep my brain from falling out my ear

Hmmm… Fair point, though it does not that unless the alloy is quenchable it breaks down again. I did overlook the effects of subzero and high pressure.

Though I withdraw that part of my argument: I still have two problems with the crashed ship now; What was the alloy? Where’s the rest of the ship?

I ment with like a strobe light and some fireworks, upping to rubber bullets or flashbangs… I said scare and force, not eradicate.
I didn’t mention curiosity either, I mentioned hostility.

We were speaking of chemical burning…
There are other ways, but now we’re working on the principle of a new element; if one was found it would go on the Periodic Table (and be highly radioactive and dense where it would have to go in.)

Combining different metals could create alloy with properties superior to both metals, but that is not true of all metals. Recently an international research team discovered that previously impossible alloys can be created by subjecting atoms to high pressure

    google impossible alloys

what processes do you think are yet to be discovered in making alloys?

thats where that nuke comes in. if we poke around and something forced us away… even at caveman level… youd go talk about it, and itd be a pretty big event, the cavemens lives would be changed theyd spend time thinking about and trying to figure out how to poke around, but if you werent even known to them well or you were just seen now and then…

thats not true analysis can provide the ingriedients

I just realised: did I actually use ‘inprovable’? -_-

    AnimaRaptor - Gravatar
  20. AnimaRaptor  |  December 2nd, 2009 at 12:03 am #

That seems fairly ad hoc… If I was going about my business and some primitive tribe started lobbing spears at me, I’m likely to try and scare them off to let me work in peace… If that didn’t work, I’d try to force them away.

We can only do that if we’ve come across the metal before; any alloy you can dream up using discovered metals can be made by man.

That’s similar to theists saying you can’t prove God because he exists beyond our rules… It may be true, but why believe it?

  21. narezul  |  December 2nd, 2009 at 12:03 am #

if i could then probably maybe, but it may also be for our benefit nothing that knows its being watched acts the same

we can id anything through chemical burning i think its called. it was a piece of metal that was aluminum and other stuff in combinations we couldnt make

theyre unprovable because the ones with the infinite resources and in positions of authority who could investigate this kind of thing are the ones we suspect

  22. AnimaRaptor  |  December 2nd, 2009 at 12:03 am #

I hope no one would be stupid enough to shoot at any form of vehical with a nuke… But I take your point, though I ask you: Would you simply hide from cavemen if they were interfereing in what you wanted to do?

    Supposedly…

If we can’t make the alloy, how could we identify it? An alloy is just two metals melted down together…

You know the saying “A good conspiracy theory is an inprovable one”? It’s that way for a reason…

  23. narezul  |  December 2nd, 2009 at 12:03 am #

hey…youd say your alot more advanced then a caveman but a spear would still kill you pretty easily, and we have nukes, i assume any sentient species would come up with something of the sort sooner or later.

well supposedly there is yknow like its of blown up craft which ive seen a few times tests are always inconclusive and once it was an alluminum alloy that was some combination and concentration that humans cant do but that could all be shit and theres all the cover up conspiracy stuff

  24. AnimaRaptor  |  December 2nd, 2009 at 12:03 am #

If they were really so advanced as to ignore us, why would they be worried about us bothering them?

It would be hard to imagine sharing a planet with them and not seeing them constantly, which we don’t.

It just doesn’t seem likely that sentinent aliens are visiting on a regular basis. Maybe they are visiting on occasion, but if so, it can’t be that often because someone would have some irrefutable, tangible proof by now, surley.

so as to not be bothered and so as to not influence us perhaps, lol and of course not to play games of peek a boo with us but its hard to imagine sharing a planet and not seeing “some” coming and goings, yes?
