   Can it be a brand new iphone3G 3Gs And activate it the same way.using the gophone or does it have to be used

   does this still work?

   and i was wondering, can i go buy a Pay as you Go ATT phone from a store, set it up, and use that sim card in the iPhone?

   I really want to use the iPhone with a Pay as you go plan, but i don’t know if att still lets you do that.

   it really depends on who you talk to… and if you can somehow convey that you do actually want to activate the card.

   b-4 i ordered the sim card from e-bay, i called ATT , and they said ”THEY COULD NOT” issue a phone number to a sim card only! SO my questiion to u is; ‘HAS THIS CHANGED SINCE YOUR VID WAS POSTED?”"

   1- Where can i order a 3g sim card (what does it do)???
   2- How much is the phone plan or data plan?
   3- If you have a pay as you go card do you need the phone plan

    I activate my Sim card using the regular phone, because they dind’t wanted to actived without the regular imei number, and after that i put it my SIm car in to my iphone and it doesn’t work, do i need to change any setting or something??
    My iphone is jailbreak it,and still doesnt reconize my sim card. What can i do?

    Ok I just went to walmart and bought a gophone for $30 and it came with $15 airtime can’t I just use the IMEI # that came with the gophone? Or do I use the iPhone 3g IMEI # cuz I want to use that $15 airtime please reply back

    Hey i tried to active my sim card that i bought from Ebay, and they ask me for the IMEI number, i told them i don’t have phone to go with it, and they told me, that they can’t actived my new sim car without a imei number. So they told to call when i have a cell phone to go with it. Now what can i do, i have a regular phone for pre-paid plan, but if i gave them my imei number, does my Iphone will work with that sim card or not?

    hey, i just wanted to know, after i activated the gophone sim and i get a brand new iPhone 3G on ebay, and when it turns on, it gets that connect to itunes image, when it connects to itunes will i have to activate it? or can i just put in the gophone sim and it’ll be okay and itunes will just ask me for itunes account info?

    I have searched websites about how to activate an iphone that I found. Most of them say to buy a SIM card from ebay (may take 4 days to arrive) or go to walmart and buy the cheapest go phone around $19.99 (all you need is the SIM card in the package) but you get it right away and you can even activate it at walmart because in electronics they have a sales rep thats in charge of all the phone stuff and prepaid and contracts

    hi I got the iphone 3g (16gb like you said)
    but I got a question. Im going to buy a fido or rogers sim cause i live in canada but what is the problem with telling them your IMEI number? Did it change when I unlocked it or sumthing. reply pls cause I really need the phone part cause I go around alot of places in my town and my mom and Dad always need to noe where im going cause im very tempted to stop at places and i usually stay there around 2 hours…. And DOes AT&T work in canada???

    yes. but instead of getting just the sim card, I would just buy the $20 package which includes the phone.
