I was talking to a friend today about resumes. To me it is such an outdated system… a list of things you were some how connected with. It doesn’t show the full impact of your hard work. Think of a resume that has links to the work you did, the coverage in the media it received and the overall reach your work provided. On top of that if I want to hire someone I want to work with people I like and who can fit the “company culture”. I like to learn about their likes and dislikes… and guess …
