Whilst I will be looking closer at Diigo, I have just registered and saw no notice of having to ‘Install’ software prior to doing so.

As an educator I think it is very dangerous practise to presume that everyday users (who enjoy reading and socialising) should follow install software without prior warning.

Just my 2 cents - I’ll post more once I’ve seen what I can do without installing software.

The video is well done, but does assume the viewer is already knowledgable about bookmarks, tags, groups, friends, etc.
It would be helpful to have a series of shorter videos for people new to social bookmarking, to further define the terms you use, and how to best navigate the site.

For example, I would love to see a video about how to use tags to classify content, that would allow friends to reference what interests them, in the most user-friendly way possible.

As we have explained in several emails that the fact you received multiple emails is a technical glitch. We apologize most sincerely.

diigo spammed me with 12 emails today. i don’t care how good the service is. as a media professional, i can’t understand how a company can so blatantly spam people like that. not cool - off my list of things to check out.
