Can someone PLEASE help me on this!

The new terms of use now allows them to own of the stuff I post on Facebook, right?
AND, this wasn´t like that before, right?

So, if I made an account agreeing to the tprevious TOS (which didn´t include them having the right to own my stuff), how is the new TOS have any legal value?

When I made my account, this was not in the agreement.

Does this mean they will take possesion of my stuff anyway?

The whole thing is wrong, I´m pulling the plug

Zuckerberg is nuts. The TOS say he owns all your content, pics, info, the lot. Here is how to delete your account so there won’t be anything left for him to own. Delete all your info., emails, & posts on your wall, delete all of your photos, then delete all your friends. Only after all of that should you delete your account. Anything left in your facebook account when you leave will be the property of facebook FOREVER. I closed my account, f*ck Zuckerberg that **** & facebook.

I’ve already decided to leave Facebook when the injunction comes and FORCES them to release its users from this “agreement.”
