GUYS I CAN’T GET BACK ON YOUTUBE !!! HELP !!!

I need your help. My computer isn’t letting me get back on YouTube.
here’s the deal. Since I can’t get on youtube I can’t read your comments.
Buuuut I need help I can’t find the “Tools” bar on my Google Tool Bar and the only I CAN get back on youtube is if you help me. So here’s the deal i’m going to make a privato video JUST for MIRANDA aka codylinleylover187 and give her my MySpace link so she can message me and tell me if you guys commented telling me how to find my “tools” bar on the Google Tool Bar. Ok?
