Actually, I was having this same problem with setting up my apache server, but now I’m sure I can set it up proper now, I’ve been going mad tryin to figure out why I couldn’t get this to work.
I don’t really need apache now, but I’m gonna set it up with DynDNS anyway …..
really nice videos , thanks !!!!!!

ah, very useful !!
thanks, this is the best video on the subject on youtube… I used this video to troubleshoot my IIS config … I finally found what the problem was; I had disabled the IUSR account IIS uses to authenticate anonymous users to the website.
I kept getting a 401 authentication error,
but now works perfectly !
And I have my DynDNS account set up now,
so I can resolve my dynamic ip with my dyndns name, pretty cool, cheers

Good Video! I followed your instruction, but instead of using Internet Information Services I used XAMPP…however when I plug-in my Main IP address from another computer instead of getting my created webpage; I get my modem configuration page. Do I need to port forward my modem as well?
