If you publish to MobileMe, you will need to publish your site in iWeb, and then open it up in iWeb SEO Tool via the Load iDisk Sites button. If you publish to FTP, you will need to publish your site to a local folder (in iWeb) and open it up in iWeb SEO Tool via the Open Website button.
