    Almost too well delivered imho. Completely void of umms and ahhs, this sterile delivery style comes across like a sales/marketing pitch to me.

    Ignore the fact he stole his shirt from Grimace. His point on solving problems and presenting them to the users rather than asking the people with the problems how to solve their problems. If you have a problem you may not be the person most qualified to solve it.

    Unbelievable. How can he talt about tough issues like this for almost an hour without hesitating? Very interesting lecture. Like being there in the room with him. I learned alot from this. esp. from his examples.
