what is the application you have at the bottom of your desktop, and it is like all of the things you have but when you put ur cursor over it it like pops up?

Hold down SHIFT while clicking the take picture button on Photo Booth takes the picture without the screen flash, hope this is what you meant.

There is no flash, it’s just ur screen, so just turn the screen brightness down.
