How to Find My POP3 Mail Server A Post Office Protocol (POP3) server allows your email client, such as Windows Mail and Mac Mail, to retrieve your email messages. At times, when you are troubleshooting a problem, you may need to know your POP3 server. This is displayed in your email client’s settings and probably on your service provider’s website.
