Wow - This guy should have played Shinzon (Picard’s clone) from Nemesis. I saw this at work without sound, and not only he’s got his look, but his mannerisms too!!

He looks very similar to captain Picard in a way. He also kept a bottle of real liquor safe behind Guynan’s counter, but it would have been interesting to see him make a cocktail on the Enterprise
