This body is PERFECT, not too muscely, not too skinny, just toned and athletic and that’s what I’m looking for.
I’m already slim and a bit toned (still more on the skinny side) but I wanna get this body.
A workout like this will make my chest look like that? Cuz that’s exactly what I’m looking for.
I’ve read about workouts online and magazines and they all focus on burning fat and get HUGE pecs, but losing weight is the last thing I need and I don’t want huge pecs.
